As AWR looms in the face of all staffing agencies, coming into force from October 1, it is vital businesses understand what the new legislation means for them and are compliant, particularly if a case is ever brought against them.
There has also been recent press speculation on whether the legislation will actually come into force, but this has now cleared – AWR is definitely being implemented!
